B&B Het Logiement

We offer 2 rooms. What was once a clog maker’s house has been transformed (2015) into a cozy B&B-cabin for 2. It is a cabin next to our own residence. The 3 old sheds next to our house have also had a total make over (2017) and have been turned into a 2nd b&b cabin for 2, so privacy is an important asset. Our location makes us the perfect base for hikers, bikers, motor cyclists and equestrians. What once was a clog makers’ house has now been transformed into a B&B-cabin with 1 bedroom for 2 persons. It is a cabin next to our own residence and it looks like a holiday cabin. Downstairs are a cozy living room, bathroom, toilet and a large terrace, from which you can enjoy the garden and the meadows. The sleeping area is upstairs. Privacy is an important asset. The 3 old sheds next to our house have had a total make over and have been turned into a 2nd b&b cabin for 2, so privacy is an important asset. The part of the shed formerly serving as a cow shed has been transformed into a cozy living room. The work shed is now a spacious bed room and the former baking shed now functions as a bath room and toilet. The bread oven was turned into a spacious shower cabin. There is a large terrace from which you can enjoy the garden and the meadows. For cooling you can take a dip in the lovely heated swimming pool (from April to October). Nearby towns are Geraardsbergen, Zottegem and Brakel. Our B&B is located in a dead end street, which ensures a sea of tranquility. The Wall of Geraardsbergen is a 14 minute drive from B&B ‘Het Logiement’, the Lierde train station is only 3 minutes away. A few of the notorious hillsides from the tour of Flanders are close to our B&B: ‘De Leberg’, ‘De Valkenberg’, ‘De Berendries’, ‘Ten Bosse’ and ‘Parikeberg’. The Lierde train station is only 3 minutes away.
