Bright penthouse with wonderful private 40m2 terrace, perfect for enjoying the Mediterranean sun, just 200m away from direct subway to Barcelona's center (Plaza Catalunya at 20mn) and beaches. Recently entirely refurbished, with airco, heating system, WIFI, Smart TV and all rooms with natural light. The penthouse has 2 big bedrooms (one with double bed 150x200 and another with singles 90x200), another smaller bedroom with bunk beds (90x200). There is also a dressing room with large wardrobe, bathroom with shower 80x120, full equipped kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, boiler, oven...), and a laundry room giving on the terrace with washing machine. The 40m2 terrace has views on the hills behind Barcelona and offers dining and lounge areas, with 2 big blinds to protect from the sun. High speed Wifi 500Mbps. Small pets (up to 10kg) are welcome if they're clean and educated. For families with toddlers, there's a locked storage room on the ground floor of the building for leaving the stroller. You can easily park for free in the area. There's also an underground pay parking 400m away. This is a residential building (my apartment is the only one with touristic license) and I ask my hosts to please respect the neighbors: quiet hours between 22h and 8h, and avoid noise in the staircase. Don't hesitate in case of questions, I'll be glad to help. The area is authentic, with many bars, restaurants and shops. It's not touristic so prices are much cheaper than downtown, and you can have a real taste of Barcelonese people's life. Via Julia behind the building is a Rambla (avenue with pedestrian center) with many shops and very pleasant for having a walk. In the basement of the building you'll find a convenient supermarket (open from 9h to 21h from Monday to Saturday), and next to it a fruit and vegetables shop, a bar...etc The apartment is just 200m away from the subway station and will lead you directly to Barcelona city center, beaches and all attractions (Sagrada Familia is 7 stops away with one transfer). The apartment is also very close to the ring (with no noise as it's underground), which is very convenient for getting easily out of the city by car to visit Cataluña. There is free parking place in the street or parkings nearby, but also an undergroung paid parking 400m from the apartment. It takes 20mn to come from the airport by car (without traffic) and one hour by public transportation. Special Corona virus cleaning procedure: cleaning is done with Dettol desinfecting multi purpose cleaner (kills 99,9% of bacteria) and desinfecting wipes (also available in the apartment, as well as hydroalcoholic gel), insisting on contact points. Tourist tax Barcelona: 3€ per night (with a max of 7 nights) - 4€ as from 1st of April 2022 and person (aged more than 16). It must be paid upon arrival in cash. Thank you.
