This listing is valid for the entire Villa which can accommodate up to 12 visitors. 8 on the upper fl. and 4 at the ground floor. Total 4 bedrooms with double beds and 2 double sofa-beds. Owner has no responsibility for any accident caused AT HOME or IN THE POOL. The responsibility lies only the Guests who have the obligation of safe operation. Pool will be closed from 1/Oct/2021 - 10/Apr/2022 At 700 m. you may visit local market area such as coffee shops, restaurants, mini market etc. or even organized beach. At 200 m. you may visit isolated-not organized beach. At 3 km. you may visit the sanctuary of Artemis goddess and archeological Museum of Vravrona. For a daily trip to the remote islands, you can take the ferry from the port of Rafina which is located just 30 min . from the Villa. The International Airport is located just 13 min. away! PARTYS AND EVENTS ARE NOT PERMITTED. In just 50 m. there is a bus-stop which ends to subway station "Nomismatokopio" in 40 min.
