The Space: BEDROOMS - There are 2 bedrooms - 1 on the ground floor and 1 on the first floor. - Heater, WiFi and attached bathrooms are offered in both rooms. - Both rooms have king-sized beds. BATHROOMS - There are 2 bathrooms in the villa - both attached. - All bathrooms have geysers, towels and basic toiletries. COMMON AREAS - The living room is on the ground floor. - It offers comfortable seating for up to 6 people. - It is equipped with a wood burning stove or a bukhari. - The dining room is a part of the living room and offers comfortable seating for 6 people. - There is a 2000 sq. ft lawn with a gazebo. - It can seat up to 20 people at any given time. KITCHEN - Guests may use the indoor kitchen to make tea, coffee, instant noodles and simple food for infants, but not for elaborate cooking. - Guests can access the outdoor kitchen for elaborate cooking at an additional cost of Rs. 1000 per day. - It is equipped with a microwave, gas stove, oven, refrigerator, water purifier, toaster and a mixer-grinder. - Crockery and cutlery are available. FOOD - All meals can be cooked by the caretaker at an additional cost of Rs. 1500 per day. Groceries will be charged as per actuals. - Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed. The guests have access to the entire villa. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to shared amenities and swimming pools. The host is not present at the property but is always accessible via call or message. A trained and responsible caretaker is present at the property to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay. HOME TRUTHS While we do promise you a welcoming home and a great stay, here are a few things we’d like to mention so as to ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later! - During the monsoon season, the house may be prone to common bugs and insects. As a preventive measure, please keep the bedroom doors shut during the stay. - In case of a power outage, the inverter can support fans and lights for up to 4-5 hours. - All meals can be provided at the property.
