Dom Končiar - a family place APT2

Apartment is together with other apartment and studio part of newly-renovated guesthouse. Accommodation is aimed on families with kids and outdoor people. Equipment includes table tennis,playground,grill-terrace,boardgames and inline skates rental. KONČIAR is situated in peaceful village at the foot of the Western Tatras. It has only one neighbor (see below) and so the probability of spending a peaceful holiday is realy high. Tatras hiking paths and lots of bikeroutes are just a few minutes away from KONČIAR. Except that half-hour walk (or 2-minutes drive) will get you to plateau with a marvelous mountainview. Local sealed space provides great conditions for in-line skating most of the year and local maintained cross-country skiroute is there for you during wintertime (depending on the snowfall). In-line skates are available at the KONČIAR's rental and we can also provide you with the skis. If you prefer ball-sports there is a football and multipurpose pitch on the other side of the road Bedminton players can use fully equiped court in the villagehall (during warmer months). On the other hand fans of traditions can enjoy original shepherd's place, close open-air museum of Liptov village in Pribylina and other such options. KONČIAR is simply there for family relax nad for active souls. Kids' playground, table tennis, board games and movies/fairytales are at the unpaid disposal for all guests. For some extra money you can get laundry srevices, rent the additional equipment (hairdryer, toaster, iron), grilling accessories and inline skates. Guests can freely park on our own PARKING. We simply like people. We ourselves do not like that feeling when you being in new environment do not know where to go, what to see what is really worthwile. We do not like to leave our guests wandering around if it is not their goal;-] We try to help, give advices and if possible also try to accompany them. KONČIAR is placed in the village and outside at the same time. It has only one real neighbor and its quite vast grounds provide guests with privacy. On top of it our neighbor is a shepherd and his lambs graze our garden in spring and summer. Kids enjoy them. Motorway is only 7 minutes away and the busstop connecting village with a busstation/railwaystation in Liptovský Mikuláš is just 100 metres away.
