Villa Matina is a traditional stone house of 200 sqm, on a plot of 6 acres, a few steps far away from the most famous beach of Paros, kolimbithres Naousas. you will be charmed by the internal desigh, the quality of the furnitures and the magical location with an amazing sea view! The villa is made up of two independent levels joined by external stairs. There are two separate entrances from the sidewalk. One entrance gives access to the ground floor (145sqm) and a separate entrance takes you to level 1. (45sqm) You can enjoy the whole villa or only the ground floor which consists of two bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room with large sofa and fireplace, fully equipped kitchen and dining room. The upper floor has one bedroom with queen size bed, bathroom, living room, fully equipped kitchen and outdoor space with dining table and furnitures and also magical sea view, offers complete relaxation!
