Right in the Heart of Taranaki, 30 minutes to beaches, airport, New Plymouth, on the doorstep of Mt Taranaki with the skifield in winter, Dawson Falls and the Egmont National Park. Each loft is able to accommodate children with a double sofa bed in The Barn and 2 wide elevated swabs in The Shed. Taranaki was rated the 2nd best destination in the world 2016 by Lonely Planet. Also gateway to Whangamomona and the Forgotten World Highway. Visitors to Barberry Hill are welcome to walk around the farm, watch the cows being milked in the morning (only once a day milking so at a reasonable time), pat the calves and enjoy the quite peaceful countryside.
