Fully equipped kitchen, outside patio, TV and Wifi. 5 min walk to the beautiful Millennium Coastal Path and a short drive (or scenic walk) to the pretty coastal town of Burry Port. West Wales and Gower attractions are less than an hour's drive away. There is a restaurant, chip shop/Indian, cafe and convenience store on the street. A warm welcoming newly renovated 3 bedroom property arranged over 3 floors conveniently located just 7 miles from the M4 corridor on the door step to picturesque West Wales. Our home will provide you with a comfortable base from which to enjoy your new adventures. While you already have a large garden area to make use of, you also have direct access to the field behind the property. This has been decorated with pretty flowerbeds and landscape features. This area provides a safe space for kids to play in away from the road outside the property. On nice days it also makes a wonderful place for you to have BBQs in. The south facing garden means that you will be able to make the most of the sunlight. You'll have access to the whole house via a full set of keys to the front, side and back doors. We have a secure covered area adjacent to the kitchen ideal for storing cycling, surfing and other sporting/hiking equipment, and a large patio area to the rear with hose pipe to clean any mucky stuff after your day's adventures. You'll have access to one free parking space per booking at the High Tide chip shop car park. We will email you further instructions about this space upon booking. On street parking is also available approx 50-100m from the property, but as we are situated next door to a zebra crossing you'll not be able to park directly outside the house. We are contactable by phone in emergencies for the duration of your stay. Central location, semi rural setting with a good selection of bars, restaurants and retail parks nearby but minutes away from the middle of nowhere! On main bus route X11 from Swansea-Carmarthen, 5-min drive to Burry Port or Llanelli train station. As we live in a residential area we respectfully request that the noise is kept to a minimum after 10pm. Please note that the upper bunk bed in Bedroom 3 should not be used by children under six as per manufacturer's directions. We have just finished building a miniature railways in the field behind the house so feel free to go have a look. All children should be supervised.
