The Cottage - Relaxation in style

The Cottage is a terraced property which has been recently refurbished, it is ideally situated in the heart of Cornwalls rural mining community which allows ready access to the majority of Cornwall, the Eden Project and access to both coastlines are within a driveable distance. Great for 'Staycations' & work from home, discounts available for longer term stays(+ 1 month) please ask. Parking is available in the village public car park (100m away) or alongside the main road, parking is normally available but does have peak usage times which may affect availability. Full property and garden As a host we are always available but do not reside near the property, you will have the freedom to enjoy all the Cottage has to offer with the comfort of knowing we are only a phone call away if needed. The Cottage is situated in a small village outside of St Austell, there are local amenities and shops within walking distance and access to larger town/Cities only a short drive away There are 2 bus routes directly outside with bus stops only 100 m away, these service both St Austell, Truro and Newquay direrctly and are fairly frequently (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) min intervals. NewQuay Airport is only 10 miles away and closest train station would be in St Austell. Access to main roads A (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) are within a 5 mins drive. We do allow pets to holiday with you but we do add a surcharge of £10 per pet to cover the extra cleaning requirements after your stay, please ensure you have gained advanced approval prior to booking a stay with your pets.
