❤ Apartment at Sedliacky Dvor - Homestead Brezno

Sedliacky Dvor is located right next to the Low Tatra Mountains and National Park Muránska Planina, and offers: - A private accommodation furnished in a traditional rural cottage-style. - A well-equiped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, a livingroom, a dinningroom and a new (2017) bathroom. - Free Wi-Fi and parking. - A terrace with an outdoor kitchen and fireplace - A garden with a pool (pond), a volleyball pitch and a playground. - Animals to feed for the little ones, it’s a farm after all. The apartment is furnished in a traditional rural style and heated by wood. It features: - Dining room / traditional kitchen with brick stove - A living room with TV, another fireplace and a sofa bed. - A well-equipped, practical kitchen with appliances such as: sink, refrigerator, gas stove, microwave, coffee machine and bread-bake-machine. - A quite new (2017) bathroom, with a shower, sink, toilet and a small heater. - A private entrance and an outside seating area. Parking at the accomodation. We like to make sure that our guests are fine, and feeling at home. There is a lot of information at your disposal in the outside Stodola for nice daytrips. If there are special activities/folklore/festivals in the neighbourhood, we will inform you about it. If you like you can help on the farm, making marmelade, getting the hay inside, or join to feed the small farmanimals in the morning. Every spring (march april mai) small lambs are born, and it truly is a joy to see them in the meadows and around the house, you are very welcome to enjoy this with us! :) Small shop at 1,2 km, very good restaurant 1,2 km. Possibility of breakfast "at home" (order 1 day in advance please). City of Brezno at 10 min. drive with terraces, shops and supermarkets. Traditional Slovak restaurant Zbojska at 12 km. Low tatras at 30 minutes drive, National park Muranska Planina starts at 10 km. Special narrow-gauge-railway with steamtrain and open air museum at 15 km. The glamorous city of Banska Bystrica at 45 km. Lots of information for daytrips available at the farm. Busstop at 700m. Railwaystation Rohozna 1,5 km. and railwaystation Brezno 8 km. If needed we will come and pick you up at the station. Timeschedules for trians/busses available in the house. Taxi from main square in Brezno to the farm cost appr. 8-9 euro. Possibility to rent mountainbikes and E-bikes in the city. Sedliacky Dvor is a campsite during the summer months; this means that: - You can mingle with other guests around the campfire and at the terrace. - Your children can play with the other kids on the playgrounds. - Enjoy the vast amount of tourist information we’re able to provide. AUTUMN, WINTER, SPRING: You can expect to enjoy: - Beautiful hikes and pristine nature. - 6 great ski-resorts within 30 minutes driving. - An old-school cottage-like stay, warming yourself by the fireplace, while you dry your ski clothes.
