Villa Finella This house is the story of a life, that of Filomena and Alfredo. (You will be the unique occupants) Villa Finella is still very opulent and has been completely refurnished by its current owner. Absolute charm and relax guaranteed. The house is located near the doors of the historic center of Penne. It is situated in a quiet and calm residential neighborhood, just a few feet from a small traditional Italian foods store. Via walking for 10 minutes, one can reach shops, bars, restaurants, museums, cathedrals, and the general main street of Penne. The Medical guard and UTAP are only 5 minutes away via walking and they operate 24 hours a day. The house is modern, with a lot of personality – comfortable and filled with modern accessories (heating and cooling system, free WIFI, TV, refrigerator, washing machine, oven, etc...) The bedrooms and bathrooms are fully equipped. In the summer, the large garden contains tables, chairs, umbrellas, if one wishes to relax outside – the same with the balconies if one wishes to enjoy the fresh breeze in the summer. The town of Penne is a strategic location for a visitor. It is a distance of about 30 kilometers (21 miles) for the beach and a little bit more than that for the mountain (30-40KM depending on where you want to go). One can easily organize day trips and return without problems at night whilst enjoying the picturesque classic Italian countryside. The airport and train station are about 40 minutes away Guests may occupy the room on the first floor (base floor (entry room and closets) – first floor (living quarters) – second floor (attic)) and of course the gardens and balconies. During your stay, we will be available for whatever guidance or accommodations you need. We may even accompany you to touristic locations (preferably given a few days’ notice ahead of time), while we will give guaranteed privacy for guests that request it. The neighborhood is quiet and calm, inhabited by local people that are more than willing to help you or point you in the right direction. It is a great location to relax and visit numerous beautiful locations. It is possible to rent a car from the airport or train station to arrive quickly, if not, busses are available. The bus agency is ARPA and the bus ride will take more or less 40 minutes to arrive to Penne, and it is a 10-minute walk to the house.
