As you drive up your private driveway you'll find the villa in front of you, parking is on the right side, private and gated for up to 7 cars. Now come through the big arched door and find yourselves in the foyer; opening to a well separated and bright ground floor double bedroom, formal living room leading into a special conservatory, two dining rooms, a chef's kitchen and a ground floor toiler. Walk up the beautiful staircase and find yourselves on 1st floor where 3 beautifully appointed Suites will immediately capture! The Blue Suite has a double bed and a third bed on the mezzanine. The Pink Suite has a double bed and double windows. The Master Bedroom has a walk-in closet, wide bedroom and amazing bathroom with the best Italian marbles and great amenities. All three bedrooms are ensuite. Walking up another fleet of stairs you'll reach second floor where a twin bedroom and a double w/baby cot share a bathroom. Furthermore on the floor 2 beautiful balconies and a wide family room w/tv area, dining and kitchen with an amazing La Cornue Stove to frame the room. The old tower of the house has been connected to the second floor through a scenic glass staircase that opens to the villa's last floor w/in-house gym branded by Tecnogym the best provider for yours trainings. Also on the floor an ensuite double bedroom and a terrace to do yours cardio exercises and morning yoga in the open! And no, it's not all, the outside extends all around the property and through Italian gardens, olive groves (there are two on the property), private vineyard, you'll also find a majestic pool w/fountain and other magical spots to explore. And don't worry about your kids, the whole grounds are fenced and securely gated! And for the elderly the pool has steps, so everyone can easily access and enjoy laps under our Tuscan sun!
