Located in the historic center of the town, the house is partly made up of the ancient walls of the fortified village dating back to the 1400s. Recently renovated, it consists of two units with private entrances and outdoor spaces for exclusive use. Possibility of free parking nearby. The owners will be happy to provide useful advice and information on activities and places of interest. Possibility to rent e-bikes. Self check-in available. The apartment is on the mezzanine floor and can accommodate 1 to 3 people adding a folding single bed 90x200 cm. Possibility to add a child's cot (up to 3 years) and changing mat for free. The apartment is composed of a bedroom with a double bed 160x200 cm (available extra folding bed), a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with all the comforts. The room is equipped with digital terrestrial TV, wifi, air conditioning and heating, hairdryer; moreover, bed linen, towels and personal hygiene products are provided. On request the owners can provide baby high chair games and / or books for children. Guests can enjoy relaxing moments in the small courtyard on the ground floor equipped with table and chairs, where smoking is allowed. The area is quiet and peaceful. On request, possibility of indoor storage of bicycles and motorcycles and availability of basic tools for minor maintenance work. Spineto Scrivia is located on top of one of the hills that make up the Tortona Hills; walking through the streets, guests can enjoy beautiful views of the plain below and the nearby hills. In the center there is a post office, a pizzeria, a minimarket and a butcher's shop. Less than 2 km away there is a bar, a tobacconist and a pharmacy. A few km away there are excellent restaurants with fresh fish, typical or Ligurian inland cuisine. A few steps from the house is the bus stop, but to visit and move around the area, we recommend the use of the car. The village is located on the "Castellania cycle path", a loop circuit of about 16 km, designed to pay tribute to Fausto and Serse Coppi. In a few minutes walk from Casa Guatelli it is possible to reach countless paths that wind through vineyards, woods and small hills, to be covered on foot, by bicycle or on horseback.
