In this accommodation for up to 6 guests on an excellent location you get the whole house (~100m2), with green space in the front and REALLY big terrace (50 m2) in the back. House is fully equiped, has free parking and very fast WiFi. It is located in a very quiet, peaceful and beautiful neighborhood only 900 meters from Pohorje and 5 kilometers from the city center. Our guests can enjoy the beautiful view on the terrace and barbeque in the garden. House is renovated in modern style and meant for 6 people, with comfortable and spacious 2 bedrooms (5 beds all together), living room and kitchen. An additional 6th guest can sleep in a living room, on couch/sofa bed. In our house you'll find everything you need for your comfortable stay. Kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, water heater, toaster, coffee machine, spices, oven and everything else you need for cooking. With very fast and free Wi-Fi, TV, Netflix, PlayStation 3 and board games in the living room you will never feel bored in our house even during your free time and in the evenings. Washing machine, hair dryer and other things for cosy stay are included. Clean linen and towels for each guest are provided by us (and even exchanged during your stay if needed). There is a green space around the house and really big terrace with big table for lunch outside and to enjoy the fresh air and sun on loungers. We have two car parking spaces in front of the house which you can use for free. Around 100 meters from the house there is a bus station from which you can get to the city center and to Pohorska Vzpenjača cable car. There are a taxi services nearby as well. We are available for you anytime you need us. Zelo mirna soseska pod vznožjem Pohorja (1km) in tudi blizu centra mesta Maribor (5km). Parking je na voljo za 2 vozili pred hišo, ki je popolnoma brezplačno. V bližini (200m) je tudi avtobusna postaja, kjer vozijo avtobusi številka 6/18/4 v/iz smeri mesta. Prav tako je tudi območje, kje je na voljo prevoz s Taxijem. House is situated approximately 900m from cable car, which goes to the top of Pohorje mountain. We provide you a space for storing your bikes, skis or other bigger equipment. Please pay attention to extra charge of city tourist tax, which we need to charge upon check-in. Tourist tax in city of Maribor is 2,50 € per adult person per night. Children up to 7 years can stay free of charge and children between 8 and 18 years will be charged 50% of upper amount.
