This unique period farmhouse is situated between Kilkenny City and the picturesque village of Bennettsbridge in the Nore Valley, on and with its own with access to the acclaimed River Nore Walkway (weather permitting). This property is more than a place to sleep for a night. It is a whole experience. You can find more on our website. When you book Nore View House you are booking the entire main building. You will not be sharing with any other guests. Nore View is perfect for lovers of country life, walking and the rich collection of local arts and crafts. I do live on the property in my own separate apartment. Guests have access to all their own living spaces during their stay. Guests have their own cooking, dining, living space, Music Room and much much more so your privacy is assured. I wish to make myself available to assist my guests in any way possible almost 24 hrs a day as I also live on the the property in my own apartment. I will provide as much information on events and places of interest as I can. There is even a tourist information stand in the main entrance hall. I will also as far as possible facilitate special requests such as late or early check-ins. Kilkenny is a must visit city and county for any tourist that appreciates a rich cultural and artistic destination. Castle’s, cathedral’s, church’s, theatre’s, museum’s, galleries the list is endless. Their is ample car parking space and indoor parking for motorcycles. A local taxi company is available 24/7 if you don’t wish to drive in and out of the city. The Kilkenny city bus and train station is only about 5.5km away.
