We're next door to a lovely 15th century inn with a choice of other pubs nearby; Italian restaurant; local shops; pharmacy; cafes and takeaways on hand - a perfect base to explore this lovely part of the world. One of three in a row of unique luxury cottages hidden in a pretty, medieval alley, originally associated to the Monk’s Chanting House (now the next door coaching inn and hotel) and our beautiful 15th century Church. The Master Bedroom suite located on the entire 2nd floor has a kingsize bed, 39" smart TV, bose soundlink speaker. Separate substantial dressing room and en-suite. Bedroom 1 has a kingsize bed, with 43" 4K smart ambilight TV. Bedroom 2 has a super-kingsize bed also with 43" 4K smart ambilight TV. Bedrooms 1 & 2 share the luxury family bathroom with large shower and separate two person bath. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the store cupboard essentials needed for cooking. Large range gas cooker, Fridge-freezer, built in Microwave, Dishwasher, Nespresso machine, 43" 4K smart ambilight TV. Utility room with Washing Machine, Tumble Dryer and sink. The living room has a 55" 4K smart ambilight TV, bose soundlink speaker, selection of board games and books. Gaming room has a 50" 4K smart ambilight TV, PS4 Pro with selection of games and 4 controllers. The Church side of the high street is free, any time of day/night. The shop side of the high street is restricted to 1hr Mon-Sat (9am to 6pm). At the top of the high street, opposite Lynwood Café is the large town car park, which is free, any time of day/night.
