The parking place in front of the house can be used for one car freely. The front yard with table and chairs is in common space with another apartment used by the owners, but we have a backyard garden and a garage so the one in the front we use rarely. We live nearby the apartment. Village of Prkačini is on well traffic position and situated on several bike routes and it is near to center and north of Istria and only 15 km to Lim or 23 km to Rovinj at seaside. Train station is 400 m from apartament, highway is 5 km far. Nearest supermarket is 4 km. Bank, ambulance and restaurants 4 km. It is ideal starting point also for other outdoor activities as running, trekking, sport climbing and exploring Istria and Croatia. Clima is mostly mediterranean and there is wine and olive oil production as well as production of various vegetables grown on organic way. We have lavender field and we are making lavender oil and drying flowers and seeds. You will see cows, chickens, ducks dogs and cats, hear a birds singing and wild rabbits running :).
