This large house has been divided into 3 individual private apartments. We, the owners occupy the upper floor apartment and enjoy panoramic Swan River and Perth City views. This well equipped River View Apartment has two bedrooms, large open plan kitchen/ living area plus a reading room. All rooms enjoy river or garden views. The only shared facility is a fully equipped locked laundry room located between the 2 short stay apartments. There is onsite parking available. A few steps up lead to your private patio with extensive river views, outdoor seating and barbecue. The key coded apartment entry opens from this patio. Camille and Jeff are very friendly and enjoy interaction with guests. We have both always lived in Western Australia and will gladly share some hospitality or that local knowledge with you if wished. We will however never intrude and will always respect your privacy. We love to travel and are pleased that we can now reciprocate that wonderful hospitality that we have received in many airbnb apartments. Quiet convenient location near to the Swan River and approximately half way between Perth CBD and the popular port City of Fremantle. There are plenty of local shops, restaurants and scenic attractions making this a perfect home away from home solution for business trips, re-locations or holidays. Very well serviced by frequent, direct bus transport along nearby Canning Highway to Perth CBD or Fremantle. There is ample free off road parking if you prefer a car. The Swan River, Wireless Hill Park, Fast food outlets, Restaurants and Garden City shopping centre (with 100's of shops) are all within walking distances. There are 2 Apartments available. 4 steps up to this large Alfred Cove River View (Two Bedroom) Apartment and 8 steps down to the smaller and less expensive Alfred Cove Apartment.(One Bedroom) Both apartments are very clean, quiet and well equipped suitable for business trips, re-locations and holidays.
