Recently converted it now offers accommodation over two levels and is a delightful place to relax and unwind in the heart of Cornwall. Downstairs, the sitting room has dual aspect windows and there is a large comfy sofa and a 32" television, this space leads open plan on to the well equipped kitchen with oven, hob, kettle, toaster, microwave, fridge and washing machine. At the the top of the stairs you will find an open landing / gallery looking back down over the living space. This leads on to the following rooms; Upstairs are the double bedroom and shower room, the bedroom has a double bed and one bedside cabinet as one side of the bed is against the wall. There are lots of drawers for storing clothes etc and lovely vaulted ceilings. The shower room has a large shower, basin and toilet and as with the rest of upstairs it has tall vaulted ceilings. Back downstairs, there isn't a dedicated dining area on account of the available space however, outside you will find a table and chairs for two and a barbeque so that you can make the most of the sunshine. The entire property is reserved for guests including the sitting room, kitchen, bedroom, shower room and the small outside space.
