Newly renovated spacious apartment in Mediterranean villa, with special luxury feature – hydromassage pool for 4 people situated in loggia which is transformed in the open balcony during summer season and back again closed space, if needed, during the less warm season (spring and autumn). The apartment also has one smaller balcony and a private yard with a dining set for 6 people and a grill. Apartment is situated 100 meters from the local beach and has a walking beach promenade with beach bars. Sunwell apartments II (4+2) is located on the villa's first floor. First bedroom has a double bed (160x200 cm) large closet and a private exit on the balcony with a view of the beach and the mountains. The second bedroom has a double bed (160x200 cm) large closet and large corner windows with a view of the local beach. Living room has a couch with an integrated real mattress (160x200) for two more people. On one side leads to loggia with a hydromassage pool and on the other side, it is connected with a dining room and fully equipped kitchen with a bar, and a balcony. The bathroom has a big glass shower, sink, mirror, and toilet. Both loggia and balcony have a most beautiful view of the sea and local beach and sunsets. The apartment also has a small private paved yard (20 m²) with a large dining set for 6 people, a grill on wood and charcoal, and an electric grill. Also, the yard is equipped with a heated solar shower. The apartment is situated 100 meters from the local beach, 2 km from the famous beach Zrće, and 3 km away from Novalja. Gajac has a long promenade along the beach, where there are beach bars, and that leads to the center with markets, shops, restaurants, and other facilities. You will love the apartment because of the outdoor and indoor space, the neighborhood, the ambiance, and the people. Apartment is good for couples, families with kids, and big groups. Guests have access to every part of the apartment and yard including the storage room. We are available during check-in and check-out and for any information on the mobile phone during they stay in the apartment. It is a quiet neighborhood with nice villas, green yard, close to the local beach. But if you want to have lots of fun, a good meal or do some sightseeing, Zrce beach is just 2 km and town Novalja 3 km away. There is a free public parking space in front of the apartment. Taxi service is available on call and the local bus station is located 500 meters from the apartment. Check-in: Between 3 pm and 8 pm. Check out: 10 am We are not doing check-in or check-out between hours 8 pm and 7 am. Check-in and check-out in that time needs to be announced in advance as soon as possible and it is extra charged.
