Rural ambience with Netflix

Lenoroc is a 101 acre (40 Ha) farm 15 minutes drive west of Wingham at Charity Creek on the road to Mount George. Your accommodation is in separate cottage, with Queen Bed in Bedroom 1, Two King Singles in Bedroom 2. Enjoy the swimming pool and gardens and see the Cattle grazing over the fence. nb Pool will be closed from 26 April 2022 for maintanence. Our guests can walk or 4WD (yours) over the farm, or simply relax on the wrap-around deck watching or hand feeding the Alpaca & Chooks. Our guests will enjoy the complete cottage with wrap-around decking. Under roof parking. There is 40.000 ltr swimming pool available. (sorry.. 100kg max for pool steps) nb Pool closed 26 April 2022 for maintanence. We have provided cereal breakfast, bread and spreads, milk, fresh farm eggs, bacon, tea and coffee. The cottage kitchen has its own fridge, microwave, cooktop, cooking utensils, crockery, etc. You can bring your own food for meals. (ps no oven). We have NBN internet & mobile 3G reception and for some folk 4G is good. Netflix TV. There is Air Conditioning in Dining Room and both Bedrooms. Plenty of room to bring your own helicopter or horse (there is a stable and pens) We are around most of the time but we will leave you alone to enjoy the location. Happy to chat and advise what the local attractions are. Wingham is 15 kms away and has several eateries, RSL and Pub, and one Coles Supermarket. Taree is an easy 30-40 minutes from us, for everything a city gives you, including night entertainment. The farm is 3 minutes drive to the Manning River (for swimming/fishing). You will need your own car to come to the farm (2WD ok). Sealed road to the gate from Wingham or the shorter route from Sydney does have around 5kms dirt road. The main house is separated from the cottage by the carport. We can provide foam mattress if extra (5th person) needs bed on floor in Bedroom 2.
