De family cottage is geschikt voor 2 volwassenen met 1-2 kinderen . Deze luxe en romantische family cottage heeft eigen check-in, zeer goede WIFI, Netflix+Prime, centrale verwarming, is vrijstaand naast onze woning , mooi terras met nieuw meubilair, tuinhuis met 2 fietsen ( dagelijks te huur) , gratis parkeren op eigen terrein en heeft optimale privacy. Het is gelegen in het hart van Bunschoten met op fietsafstand supermarkt, winkels, restaurants, cafés en bushalte voor de deur. Het huisje bevindt zich vlakbij het authentieke centrum van Spakenburg met 3 jachthavens, strand, winkels en gezellige terrasjes! Dit huisje is uniek omdat je je in een oase van rust en groen bevind en tevens het gemak van alle voorzieningen op fietsafstand hebt. De woning heeft beneden een trendy moderne woonkamer met grote hoekbank ,TV, DVD speler met DVDs, nieuwste infrarood verwarming met afstandsbediening & apart eetgedeelte met eettafel en stoelen! Natuurlijk overal supersnelle WIFI ! Nieuwe luxe keuken van alle gemak voorzien zoals inductie kookplaat, vaatwasser, koelkast, vriezer, magnetron en afzuigunit. Natuurlijk is er tevens bestek, borden, glazen , mokken, pannen, broodrooster, koffiezet apparaat, waterkoker en sappers machine aanwezig ! Achter een stoere “barndeur” bevindt zich de luxe badkamer met grohe rainshower douche met thermostaat kraan & smart eco water systeem, electronisch afzuigunit, design wastafel, design wandtoilet met softclose zitting ! All windows upstairs are equipped with plisse curtains aswell as full darkness curtains to provide a good night sleep! Downstairs: The cosy living area has a large couch area with a separate dining area. You will also find the latest infrared heating system with remote and large LG TV with DVD-recorder and DVDs for a movie night at home! The brand new badroom has a large grohe rain shower with smart eco system .You Will also find a design wash bassin and a new design toilet with a softclose lid. The brand new kitchen area has everything a family needs like a dishwasher, induction stove , microwave , fridge & freezer compartment, RVS aircondition unit and a lot of storage compartments . U kunt daardoor kiezen: opeen regenachtige dag toch gezellig buiten zitten onder dit zonnescherm of extra schaduw genereren op een zonnige dag! Op het terrein wonen de eigenaren en u kunt uw fiets/ auto hier parkeren . De woning staat achter op het terrein waardoor u veel Privacy zult hebben en in alle rust kunt genieten van de prachtige omgeving . IT is an authentic fishermans village were people still wear traditional clothing and wooden shoes on a DAILY basis . It has several Harbours and a nice swimming Beach. An excellent location for walking & cycle tours or several water activities like windsurfing. On cycling distance you will find a Dutch Windmill with a nice restaurant! Saturday is weekend market in center of Spakenburg ( perfect location to buy fresh groceries)! Our village has à lot to offer: 3 harbours, beach, authentic centre with old fisherman cottages and beautiful restored buildings with shops, restaurants and pubs ! Unesco World Heritage Listed Botter wharfe ; iT is the only still active wharfe where people restore the authentic wooden boats called "Botters" on à daily basis ! IT is possible to make à boat trip on this authentic wooden boat called "Botters" via the tourist information office!
