Spacious B&B with kitchen/living room

The Gîte des Sources is located in a quiet village surrounded by numerous hiking trails. It is close to the Camino of Compostela (Navarrenx on the Voie du Puy crossing the Pyrénées and Hôpital Saint Blaise on the Voie du Piémont reaching the beautiful Northern Way along the sea in Spain). Le Gîte des Sources is a place to relax and explore the outer nature as well as one's inner nature (meditation/satsang). In an old 1829 house, you have at your disposal spacious rooms, a private equipped kitchen and living room, an outdoor terrace, to share with other pilgrims or travelers. For those who do not have a vehicle, I can take them to the supermarket for groceries once a week. There is a cheese maker and an organic farm in the village. Breakfast can be ordered as an option, as well as a picnic basket. For pilgrims, free pick up at Navarrenx or Saint Blaise Hospital. By train: Oloron sainte Marie station or Orthez. By plane: Pau or Biarritz airports. There is no bus to the village of Gurs. Pick up is possible at the train station. The village is very quiet. The closest shops are 5 minutes drive. You can play tennis for free in the village, ride horses, swim in the river, do rafting (5min drive). Both the ocean and the mountains are 1 hour drive, and the charming Béarn and Basque counties are worth exploring.
