We have 2 queen beds and a bunk bed. Children under 10 can stay for free using existing beds provided. Guests can use our full kitchen to cook. We provide free drinking water, fruits, and snacks. Owner lives in the same compound and is always available to assist. Our home is located in a quiet suburb area of Phitsanulok. It's 4 kilometers from the heart of the city. The Ratchabhat Piboonsongkram University which is the greenest space in the city is just a few minutes drive. There are a big park, lake, gymnasium and swimming pool for public use. There are tons of local and cheap restaurants nearby. This property is best accessed via private transportation or taxi. However, public transportation is also available. We will provide directions and easy instructions to get here after your booking is confirmed. Metered taxi, Grab car or rental vehicles are affordable and convenient to get around. Taxi costs about 60 THB from downtown/train station/old bus terminal and 100 from new bus terminal. Public bus is also available (please ask for more details). The house is just a few minutes walk to shops and several restaurants and cafes. We have rental motorcycle or private car with driver onsite that is subject to availability. The property is in a gated fence that is closed after 9 pm. If you want to check in after 9 pm please let us know, so we can leave the gate open.
