Serenity B: with Sauna & Hot tub

Apartment B is sunny, spacious suitable for 8 people with outdoor Finnish sauna and Hot tub. It has 3 bedrooms and 3 en-suite bathrooms. Enjoy morning espresso on the balcony or watch the incredible sunrise. The sunsets there are a must see. Relax and barbecue in fully equipped gazebo while kids are enjoying the playground and trampoline. Situated on the outskirts of Pribylina, in the heart of Liptov, right between High and Low Tatras. The apartment is brand new, situated on 2nd floor, fitted with quality furniture and beautiful accessories. This makes the space very cosy, comfortable but very practical at the same time. Everything you need is there...from hairdryer, towels, organic soaps, cleaning supplies, wardrobes, desk to as simple thing as pizza cutter:). The area was designed by us, the way we like it, to make sure that will leave a homely feeling and touch of luxury in you. 3 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen and spacious outside area with gazebo, grill, kids playground and trampoline. If the weather surprises us, no need to worry, Netflix, Sat TV and games are there to make sure your time spent will be worth. The property is accessible via large gate, from where there is large car-park available. You can access the garden, fully equipped gazebo with grill and all dishes and utensils. Indoors there is laundry room available for your use or small exercise room as well. There are books to read for adults and kids, games, blankets, drawing books with pencils for kids and toys too. You can self check in / out via coded lock box. I wont bother you at all. However, whenever you have any wishes or requirements, I am here to help at any time:) Whenever you need help, have special wishes or requirements, contact me on my phone number, I am available 24/7. We do not live at the property and do not want to disturb our clients privacy, but whenever you need anything, let us know. We will make sure that all your wishes will be fulfilled. Apartment B is in a complex of 3 Serenity apartments. It is situated in quiet part of the village, where from one side it is surrounded by houses and from the west side it has beautiful open are overlooking hills and nature. There is beautiful sunset which can be seen from the kitchen/living area or from garden and gazebo. There is a public transport available 400m away from Serenity, running few times a day. However, we offer private transport for a charge from and to your activities or airport. Just let us know and we will organise everything to your comfort. We are family of three, I Vladimíra, my husband Jaco and Eva, our daughter. We travelled extensively across the world and stayed in many great places. Serenity accommodation is the culmination of all the great experiences we had from different places we stayed at, and we want to share this with you. The word Serenity means state of being calm, peaceful and untroubled, positive state of mind. We created the accommodation out of our heart, because we BELIEVE: that even with small steps we can achieve a lot that comfort and pleasant environment has a great impact on each of us that what we give to our Mother nature, she will give back to our next generations that each small change in our life can bring something big and amazing “One’s life has value so long as one attributes value to the life of others.” Simone de Beauvoir …we care about your comfort and switching off from daily life, that is why we are not on social media …we care about the environment, thats why 100% of our electricity used was made by using renewable resources, we recycle, use solar water heating and ecological cleaning supplies …we care about giving back to the community, thats why we always employ and contract local people and companies …we like using natural products, thats why we used it wherever it was possible …we support Slovak producers, thats why our furniture was sourced and produced in Slovakia, our bed sheets, duvet covers, duvets made here too, the gazebo was built by Slovaks from Slovak wood and all Serenity project was managed by Slovak heart.
