Studio no. 2 is an independent, cozy, contemporary studio (24sqm) with a private terrasse and a very nice view. The studio is part of a new modern house, in a calm, green and hilly area just 15 min from the center of Toulouse, 5 minutes from a golf course, near hiking/biking trails. A very nice, calm apartment to come home to after a day of visiting, or working. High quality furniture and installations. Italian-style shower. Large, high quality sofa-bed ( (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) cm). For a cosier and romantique stay, with bathrobes and slippers, candles, even softer sheets and a bottle of champagne are an interesting option for an additional 45€. Feel free to ask us about this. Besides your apartement and private terrasse, you will also have access to the very large and sunny terrasse in front of the house. Laurent and Elisabeth, discrete and quiet, live close by and are available nearly all the time if you need anything. Otherwise, you won't usually know that they are there. The neighborhood is very calm, green and hilly. It's hard to believe that there's a fair sized city just a few minutes away. Light hiking and bike riding trails are walking distance from the apartment. Grocery stores and some restaurants are also close by car. Preferably accessible by car, with parking right next to the house. Possibility to reach Toulouse by bus and metro (30 minutes). The landscaping around the house is ongoing and the visible outside of the lower level of the house is not yet finished. Please forgive us. In exchange, the base rental charge for the apartment is lower than the future normal price. The level where the apartment is found is finished and your stay will be very nice.
