A cosy, compact loft conversion in Motcombe, on the Dorset/Wiltshire borders, surrounded by beautiful countryside, ideally suited for couples. Stunning views across open fields and hills and great opportunities to nature watch. Numerous walks from the doorstep or within a few miles by car. Easy walk to the local shop and pub. Parking available for one car and locked store for bikes or other sporting equipment. Table and chairs and loungers available to sit in the courtyard on sunny days. Parking is in the courtyard and The Loft is accessed by an external stairway. There is a double bed and also a sofa bed if required, and bed linen and towels are all provided. There is a kitchen area with hob, combi-oven, fridge, coffee machine, toaster etc for self catering. A breakfast box will be supplied on your first night with bread, cereals, eggs, milk, jam, marmalade, tea, coffee, sugar etc.. We will be on hand to welcome you and show you round the accommodation when possible but will leave you to enjoy your stay. However, if you need any help or suggestions on what to see and where to go, we will be happy to help. Shaftesbury is a five minute drive away, Stourhead House and Gardens and The Newt in Somerset are both easy to get to along with many other places too numerous to mention. Within one hour's drive you have Bath to the North and the Jurassic Coast to the south. We'll happily fill you in on all the great places to visit, experience or dine out at. Ideally a car is pretty essential to get around here although there is a local bus service which connects Motcombe to the local towns and Gillingham railway station (London Waterloo line)
