Light and airy cottage situated in the historic village of St Vigeans, Arbroath. Overlooking the picturesque St Vigeans church and next door to the Pictish Museum. Ideally situated next to beautiful woodland trails, perfect for walking, cycling and only a short drive to two local golf clubs. Local supermarket and bus routes within walking distance and the town centre of arbroath is 1 mile away. The cottage has a wood burning stove creating a lovely warmth and cosy atmosphere. The location of the cottage is in a quiet and quaint village, with a very secluded garden. With various trails in the surrounding areas, and lots of history to explore there is no better place to come to relax and unwind. I will be contactable via phone and I also live in the cottage next door should guests need me. St Vigeans is a small village on the West Bank of the Brothock Burn, a mile north of the centre of Arbroath. Famous for its Arbroath Smokie and The Abbey, origin of the most famous document in Scottish history – the Declaration of Arbroath. Bus stop only a short walk away, various woodland trails for walking and access to town centre.
