We are an unique 1960s motel built on the banks of the Inglis River with great views from your doorstep of the river precinct. You can literally fish from your room !! We are restoring this old girl back to her former glory- this room is renovated whilst still retaining some original design features. You’ll love my place because of the location- right on the water, the friendly service and the cosiness. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and furry friends in some of our pet rooms- not all room types(pets). For a trip back to simpler holiday experiences-you will love your stay here! We have a guest lounge available were we have a licensed bar, a fireplace for winter nights and games, books and DVD's available to borrow. The guest lounge is officially open from Mondays to Thursdays for light suppers, and open everyday for breakfast. Actually our guests can use the lounge whenever they like- we just put the closed sign up to keep the riff raff out! Come and check in at our reception located in the middle of the Building once checked in if there is anything you need just let us know. Relax and enjoy your stay. Reception is open everyday from; 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM Monday to Friday 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM Saturday,Sunday and Public Holidays Breakfast is available in our guest lounge daily as well. We live onsite and are available anytime to assist Wynyard is a cute little seaside village int he heart of the North West Coast. There are some groovy coffee shops and second hand stores for some great browsing. We also have a cool beachfront market on every 1st and 3rd Sunday choc full of home made stuff, jams, fresh fruit and veg and second hand stuff- all with a backdrop of the beautiful Wynyard beach area. There are supermarkets, post office, newsagents and banks within easy walking of the motel. Great walking tracks, and of course the river! We have Kayaks for our guests to use if they are feeling energetic- and also a couple of retro cruiser bikes as well. We are a motel- we have several room types available. If you want to explore other room types when you get here- if they are available we can totally do that. Mollie our dog is available for pats whenever you wish.
