A nearly refurbished georgian cottage set in the heart of the town centre of Whitchurch , sitting opposite the beautiful St Alkmund's church. The cottage is close to all amenities being at the top of the local high street with individual shops. The cottage consists of a separate lounge, fully equipped kitchen and downstairs w.c. Upstairs - 1 Double bedroom and 2 further single bedrooms and a family bathroom. The cottage does back on to a Gastro pub garden that is not connected to the cottage. There is no external space that I own but the property does back on to a scentry Gastro pub beer garden. I do accept 1 dog but only small ones. If you need me I live next door. If I am out of the area my number is on the sign outside No.3. Off the main high street in a quiet side road opposite the main church of the town. There is no garden with the cottage but the house does back on to a new gastro pub scentary garden. This is nothing to do with the cottage. Parking is available between 6pm and 8am outside the cottage. Parking is available on various streets aroud the cottage and readily available.
