Boutique apartment with pool "La dolce vita"

New lovely apartment (finished in October 2016), with a modern and cozy touch and a private garden facing the swimming pool where you can relax and enjoy the peaceful atmosfere. The big windows in all rooms make the apartment very bright since the morning, all day long. WIFI is freely available in the apartment up to the pool area. The breath-taking panorama of the heritage of Santa Caterina del Sasso and Reno Beach are at a walk distance (less than 1 km). The super modern kitchen has a bar table and is fully furnished with all necessary items, including microwave, oven, dish machine, fridge & freezer, and the last but not least a Lavazza espresso machine! We will offer you a coffee pod per day/person with the best Neapolitan coffee. The kitchen is facing the big living room, with a couch (it turns into bed for 2 people), table and a cable Smart TV flat screen. The spacious bathroom is modern and with all comforts and a washing machine. The bedroom is also roomy and has a comfortable double bed and a big wardrobe and chest of drawers. If you stay minimum 3 nights we will provide you with a good Italian bottle of wine to welcome you! The swimming pool is at the usage of all residents. As a public space of the residence, there are specific rules that have to be respected and will be provided after reservation. I speak fluent Italian, English, French, Spanish and an OK German. Feel free to contact me for anything. I am happy to give you some tips about your trip, the area and some good restaurants in Leggiuno and surrounding towns. However it is most likely that I won't be able to give you personally the apartment keys (I live abroad). My parents will welcome you. They are very friendly but don't speak that well foreign languages. But with some known words and gesture you will understand each other! ;) Anyway I will be always available on phone or messages through the site. There is a bus stop just in front of the residence heading to Luino (the city at the border with Ticino - Switzerland), Varese, Gavirate. A safe is provided to our guests.
