Este é um espaco que o convida a estar a vontade sem os olhos curiosos de terceiros, Azorean Nest é um Apartamento em aguas furtadas ( Loft), no centro da Cidade da Horta, perto da zona Comercial, da Marina e Terminal Marítimo. ……………… O Azorean Nest it’s a space that invites you to be yourself, far away from the outside world, its a Loft apartment on the City Centre of Horta, near The Comercial area, the Marina and the Ferry Harbour. Azorean Nest é um cantinho arejado, cheio de cor e de luz. O acesso ao apartamento é feito por dois lotes de escadas no exterior/zona comum do prédio, e após entrar no apartamento terá , de novo, dois lotes de escadas ( convém destacar caso existem problemas de mobilidade). Ao cimo das escadas terá uma zona de leitura, onde poderá aconchegar-se na cadeira de balouço e relaxar. A parte do estúdio, composta pelo quarto de cama e sala de estar, acomoda duas pessoas no quarto e na sala de estar existe a possibilidade de acomodar uma terceira pessoa num sofá-cama. A cama é TOP, com uma dimensão superior, o colchão Molaflex Yoga Plus tem o principal objectivo de lhe proporcionar o máximo descanso. Na sala de estar, além do sofá-cama e TV Samsung 32”, vai encontrar um pequeno espaço funcional, a escrivaninha que poderá usar, caso tenha o laptop consigo. No apartamento existem dois locais de armazenamento. Uma dispensa adjacente a casa de banho para armazenamento de produtos alimentícios, toalhas, panos da louça e outros items relacionados, que estarão a sua disposição durante a sua estadia, caso necessite. O segundo, um guarda fato, para arrumação de roupas de cama, almofadas e de novo a sua inteira disposição, onde poderá colocar as suas roupas, malas, sapatos e outros items. Também terá a disposição uma ventoinha, um ferro e uma tábua de engomar. A cozinha é um quarto independente onde poderão preparar as suas próprias refeições, tem todos os utensílios domésticos, inclusive cafeteira e torradeira. O Azorean Nest tem uma casa de banho com banheira/ duche e as restantes comodidades. Existem duas zonas restritas, compostas por duas portas que dão acesso a uma arrumação, esta por sua vez tem uma altura limitada e è impropria para uso, logo de forma a assegurar a máxima segurança, o seu uso irá ser bloqueado. ……………………… Azorean Nest its a simple, bright and colourful little place. You’ll have access to the front door of the building which is followed by two lots of stairs. After passing the front door of the flat there is two lots of stairs before you reach the studio ( so you’ll know just in case of any mobility problems). At the top of the stairs there is a reading area, where you can snuggle up on the rocking chair and relax. On the studio there is a bedroom and living room. It accommodates two people on the bedroom side and one person on the sofa bed, on the living room side. Our giant bed holds a Molaflex Yoga Plus mattress which was acquired with the sole purpose of giving you the best comfort and rest. In the living room apart from the sofa bed and a TV Samsung 32”, you’ll find a small functional area with a writing desk that you can use, just in case you brought your laptop. The flat also accommodates two storage sites. One cupboard adjacent to the bathroom for storage of food and other kitchen related items such tablecloths, aprons, which are at your the disposal , if needed. The other storage it’s a walk in closet on the studio, living room side, where are kept linen for all purposes and again at your entire disposal , you can use it to store their clothes, suitcases, shoes. There is also a fan, an iron and an ironing board available. There is a Kitchen in a separate room, in which you can cook meals using all the available utensils, including a toaster and a Kettle. There are two restricted areas, comprised by two small doors that gives access to storage rooms. This storage has a height limit and therefore its impropriate for use. In order to insure the maximum safety to all, it’s expressly forbidden its use and both doors will be blocked.j Terei á sua disponibilidade um grupo de Colaboradores que o irão receber, no check-in e durante os períodos de limpeza (caso a sua estadia se prolongue por mais de uma semana). Ambos trabalharemos em conjunto de forma a poder esclarecer qualquer questão, para que possa desfrutar das suas férias descansado. ……………………… At your disposal i will have a group of Collaborators that will receive you, during check in and when the flat is due for cleaning ( when you are staying with us more then a week). We will work together to make sure we can answer any question, allowing you to have a rested holiday. O Azorean Nest situa-se na freguesia de Matriz, uma zona de acesso pedonal, próximo da magnífica Praia da Conceição (mais conhecida por Praia da Alagoa). Um ponto de referência será a Torre do Relógio ( uma vez que fica mesmo ao lado)- um dos mais emblemáticos elementos arquitectónicos da cidade da Horta. Contíguo ao Jardim Florêncio Terra, proporciona uma excelente panorâmica sobre a cidade e ilhas do triângulo - Faial, Pico e São Jorge. Fica a dois passos do centro da Horta, onde encontrará Restaurantes, Pastelarias e todo o Comércio, incluindo o Mercado Municipal que foi recentemente renovado e inaugurado em Abril deste ano. Para além de todas as comodidades existentes no Cento da Cidade, muito conveniente e prático, é o facto de ter um pequeno supermercado mesmo do outro lado da rua. ………………………… The Azorean Nest is located in Matriz, Horta, an area of pedestrian access, near the magnificent Conceicao Beach (best known for Alagoa Beach). A good point of reference would be The Clock Tower (Torre do Relógio), as it sits right beside the Loft. It is one of the most symbolic architectural elements of the city of Horta. Adjacent to Garden Florêncio Terra it provides an exceptional panoramic view over the city and the three islands composing the triangle - Faial, Pico and São Jorge. Its walking distance from the City Centre, where you’ll find Restaurants, bakeries and all the Comercial Area, including the City Hall Market that was recently renovated and had its opening in April this year. Very convenient and practical is the small supermarket close to our door, on the other side of the street. O Azorean Nest fica a 15 min de carro do Aeroporto da Horta, 5 min do Terminal Marítimo, caso venha de barco. Em qualquer um dos terminais poderá apanhar um Táxi ou mesmo alugar um carro através das Rent-a- Car disponíveis. Também temos transporte público, mas será mais escasso, 2/3 autocarros por manhã e o mesmo à tarde, pelo que pode não ser muito conveniente para quem visita a Ilha. ………………… Azorean Nest is roughly 15 min drive away from the Horta Airport and about 5 min from the Ferry Harbour, just in case you ar arriving by boat. In any of the cases there will always be Táxis and even the possibility of renting a car using the companies on site. We also have public transportation, but it will be scarcer, 2/3 buses in the morning and the same in the afternoon, so it may not be very convenient for someone that is visiting the Island. O nosso Loft fica mesmo no Centro da Cidade, e como o nome bem descreve “Azorean Nest” è como um ninho no topo de uma árvore, assim ficamos nós no cimo do bloco de apartamentos, portanto è natural que alguns sons da Festa lá em baixo, na Cidade, se façam ouvir, especialmente na Semana do Mar, onde temos de tudo, animação, cantorias, grupos de música, enfim, muito entretenimento e, por assim dizer, muito “barulho”. A parte boa è que è um som saudável de festa. Outro pormenor muito importante, è o facto da Torre de Relógio estar em pleno funcionamento, ou seja, faz se lembrar a cada hora que passa com um som muito característico. Para alguns será barulho, para outros uma música, para mim era o meu despertador! .............................. Our Loft is right in the City Center, and as the name well describes “Azorean Nest” it's like a nest on the top a tree, so are we at the top of the block of flats, so it's only natural that some party “Festa” sounds will arise from below, in the City, making themselves heard, especially at “SEMANA DO MAR, where we have everything, animation, singing, music groups, a lot of entertainment and, so to speak, a lot of "noise". The good think is that it is a healthy sound and you should make the best of it. Another very important detail, is the fact that the Clock Tower - Torre do Relógio is fully functioning and will remind you of each passing hour with a very “Unique” sound. For some, it will be considered noise, for others a song, for me it was my alarm clock!
