A stylish mews cottage originally part of a Victorian Mansion. There's a lovely walled garden, through the secret door you'll have direct access to the promenade, beach and Lytham Green. Amble down the prom and it’s a short walk to town. Lytham has numerous cafes, restaurants and shops. Also known for its festival and regular events, there's always something going on. Excellent golf courses lie within easy reach including the prestigious Royal Lytham, home of the 2015 Walker Cup. At No3 you will find an open plan living space with a separate bedroom boasting a king size bed made up with fresh, crisp, Egyptian cotton sheets. The smart bathroom has a bath, shower over and I always leave a supply of Molton Brown goodies to help you relax. The tastefully furnished apartment is well equipped and elegantly furnished to ensure you have a relaxing stay. You enter the apartment through your private front door. You'll also have shared access to the 100ft garden and full use of the garden furniture. At the bottom of the garden you have immediate access to the promenade through the secret gate. Lytham is a Victorian Spa Town, many of the houses were built during the period and are hidden away behind tree lined streets. Nowadays Lytham has a vibrant café society with numerous bars and restaurants to choose between. As the apartment has a private parking space there's no need to worry about parking.
