Character, spacious homely cottage with wooden floors, log burner, and gas central heating. Fully fitted and equipped kitchen, lounge, dining room, family bathroom, 3 bedrooms, and ensuite shower room to the master. The twin room can be set up as a king bed or 2 singles. Private drive for parking for several vehicles. In an established residential area the house has a degree of privacy, and close to shops. 5 mins drive from Wrexham centre,15mins from Llangollen/LLandegla and 20mins from Chester. A combination of modern and olde worlde décor, spacious inside for a cottage and an outside space to sit out and enjoy the sun. Private drive for parking. Quirky house, but flows and has a lovely feel to it. You will have your own set of keys for the house to come and go as you like. The whole house and outside space will be at your disposal. I will endeavour to meet all guests upon arrival and departure and will be on call during their stay to help if they need anything. I will send a detailed message that describes directions to the house and how to find the keys. Great access for the North Wales coastal towns of Prestatyn, Llandudno, Colwyn Bay, all apporx an hours drive away. The historic Chester City centre is a short drive away, and mountain biking at LLandegla and the popular tourist site of Llangollen is 15 mins drive away as well as lots of lovely countryside and walks on the doorstep. The World Heritage Centre for Wales, Pontcysyllte Aqueduct is also just 10 mins away. There is Wrexham town centre for shopping and lots of lovely country pubs for dining out. There is a train station in Wrexham town centre, and a bus service right outside the door. Depending on time of arrival/departure it may not always be necessary for a meet and greet but will communicate arrangements for every stay to ensure it all goes smoothly.
