Chapel Place is nestled in the heart of Ermington just off the main square where the The Crooked Spire Inn is located. There is cosy living room with log burner and a modern kitchen. Through the stable door there is a communal path up to the cute garden with outdoor eating and relaxing area. On the first floor there is one large double bedroom and the main bathroom with separate Shower. Then up to the second floor there is the other double bedroom with ensuite shower. An exceptional location. Chapel Place is a perfect collaboration of contemporary living with period style, it is a whole 3 story house with the double bedrooms set with their own large en-suites they are on separate floors. You will find the raised terrace and little garden if you go out the kitchen stable door. There is a shared path to other cottage gardens. There is a nice herb garden opposite where you will find mint and lavender ( good for cocktails ) We have thought of everything for a perfect country holiday, comfort, interest and an amazing location for walking and dining out. A great summer and winterisation and perfect for well behaved dogs. We live in another village 15 minutes away, but we are always happy to help with questions about the cottage or the location. This village is the perfect location for summer beach trips everyday you could pick a new one ! Mothercombe (4 miles drive) has a fab beach cafe on the hill above the beach where you park, a perfect place for a early evening beer or cocktail. The Autmn and Winter gives you rugged beach and moore walks , followed by drink infront of the log burner and a walk to a choice of restaurants. We will leave plenty of info on walks and beaches. This is Devon village life so you will need to watch out for tractors and horses coming past the front door !
