Wifi, transit cards, and mid stay cleans are additional costs. Interaction with Guests We'll personally greet you and walk you through the complex, unit and rules. Then, we're only a phone call away if you have questions. We'll prearrange a check out time and meet up to get the keys, when unit left tidy and undamaged the prepaid deposit will be refunded. A 200.00 cleaning fee and 2500.00 security bond is due at time of booking. The security bond will be refunded if the keys are return and apartment is in undamaged, clean and tidy condition. Pool towels washed, dishes clean and in cupboards.
