This modern two bedroom unit has everything you need for a fun & relaxing getaway. Large backyard with vintage grape trees and sweeping northerly views over the river flats across to the mountains. Just 5 mins from town center & eateries. Comprises outdoor undercover area. You can enjoy and explore all iconic attractions of East Gippsland. Please note the unit is under the main house with separate entrance. For information about pets, please read in The space and other details to note. Modern & cosy two bedroom unit with wifi, fully equipped kitchen and views to die for. Family friendly and also a great space for a relaxing getaway. Sit back and watch spectacular sun sets from the living room and main bedroom or from the porch. PLEASE NOTE - We are a pet friendly space but do require a pre booking request message of your pet to determine if our space is suitable. The is also a fee of $20 per night per pet. Keys collected from main house upon arrival. Entrance to unit via separate side entrance of which is approx 13 long & wide stairs. Parking is available out the front of property on grass nature strip. Available from 9am to 5pm during guests stay to help make your stay as comfortable and cosy as possible. Our neighborhood is family orientated, friendly & peaceful with access to a playground and tennis court. Quiet street with only local traffic. Five minute drive into Bairnsdale centre with idyllic walking tracks along the Mitchell river 30 minute drive to iconic Lakes Entrance and the 90 mile beach 50 minutes to Buchan Caves with its plethora of wildlife and remarkable aboriginal heritage 30 minutes to Nyerimilang Heritage Park 20 minutes to Paynesville the popular boating town with ferry to Raymond Island which is renowned for its native wildlife including koalas, kangaroos and prolific birdlife 35 minutes to the picturesque boating village of Metung Any guests with pets need to send a booking request prior to booking. There is an extra fee for each pet staying, $20 per pet per night. Pets are NOT allowed in carpeted rooms. And all pet accidents need to be cleaned immediately with equipment supplied.
