Water-Meadow cottage in central Holland 2-4P

The cottage is a renovated barn in the back, overlooking the meadows in the beautiful area of Schoonrewoerd. The 1 bedroom cottage is fully equiped , Kitchen, Bathroom and a 2nd toilet. It is 60 sq/m big and can host up to 4 people. Ideally 2 adults & 2 children, but 4 adults is possible (for a few days) but it might be a bit crowdy. You can enjoy your own private garden near the water, you will have easy and private access to the cottage via the right side of our farmhouse. You will have splendid views over the meadows, as far as the eye can see. The cottage has an upstairs bathroom with toilet attached to the bedroom. Airco is also available upstairs. Downstairs is a fully equiped kitchen, with a dining table seating 4 people, at the rear is the sitting area with stunning views. Between the dining and sitting area is a 2nd toilet and a wardrobe. You can park in front of the farmhouse, from there go right through the iron garden gate and follow the stepstones to the rear (footpath is lit at night). In the front part of the farmhouse there is another Airbnb, these guests only use the front part of the garden, the middle and rear part of the garden is entirely yours We live in the back part of the farmhouse, you will enjoy both privacy and easy access for any questions you might have. This area itself is much loved among the Dutch locals for its stunning countryside, well-preserved medival towns such as Leerdam, Gorinchem, Kedichem, Acqouy, Beesd) along the river "Linge" and many possiblities for cycling and hiking. Bus 85 runs to Utrecht central railway station in 30 min. busstop (Kortgerecht Blauwbijl) is 5 min walk from the house. Not suitable for those (young guests) who cannot swim, the canals are 2mtr deep! Children must be attended at all times. Electricity use is not included in the rent. The price per Kwh is €0,22. In the cottage is a real time powermonitor. Depending on your power needs, a realistic daily figure should be around € 5-10 in spring/ summer. During winterdays it can be twice as much. The house and garden are located in a quiet area, we expect our guests to behave accordingly
