(Alpine breakfast, for example on the Norderbergalm or on the Farnkaseralm) Varied hiking programs are offered daily from Monday to Friday for free by the tourist office. The "Markbachjoch gondola lift" guarantees "easy hiking", which brings all hikers up to the starting points of many hiking trails. In the basement there is a ski cellar, a shelf for ski boots / hiking boots as well as a washing machine and a tumble dryer (for a fee). We are happy to inform you during your stay in our house (or preferably in advance by mail) about other destinations or attractions in the Wildschönau and surroundings. The Wildschönau is easy to reach! In the valley itself runs several times a day both the public post bus and a quaint tourist train that brings them to all attractive destinations. In winter, a ski bus runs 19 times a day between Niederau and Auffach! This bus is by means of the WildschönauCard, free for our guests. Arrival by private car! The Wildschönau is located in the middle between Munich and Innsbruck! The best way to get there is the motorway exit Wörgl Ost! and then follow the road to Wörgl to the church! 100 meters after the church there is a crossing left towards Wildschönau! The L3 Wildschönauer Landesstrasse follow up to the 2nd village Oberau (1st place is Niederau). In Oberau past the church and downhill to about 300 meters to the right the Cafe Moorhof can be seen. Opposite the cafe is the driveway to our house Astoria (in 2nd row). For the vignettes free access, so a journey without having to pay the annoying highway toll, just take the motorway exit Kiefersfelden and then about 20 kilometers of highway to Wörgl.
