Glacier National Park 2.5 hours East. Modern, waterfront studio apartment with private indoor spa and stunning river views from a wall of glass facing the Kootenai River. There is a private path to the river and you can enjoy the peace of our beautiful perennial gardens, which are in full bloom from mid-May through September. This is a studio apartment for your exclusive use while you are our guest(s). It includes 24x7 access to a private spa just below the apartment. Available as needed and more than willing to provide guidance and answer questions pertaining to local activities, fishing, hiking, boating, animal watching and locally available services. We are out in the country, about 2 miles East of Troy, MT, which is a village of 950 residents. Libby, MT is 18 miles East and is a town of 2,700. The 93,272 acre Cabinet Mountains Wilderness and the 2.2 million acre Kootenai National Forest surround us. We are in a literal forest preserve, offering solitude, quiet, beauty and nature. Expect to see plenty of birds and critters. And, the fishing is outstanding. The town of Troy is 2 miles East on River Road and offers groceries, gas, restaurants and other related services. We provide a smoke and pet free guest house to accommodate those with allergies. Smoking is permitted outside the guest house. To prevent forest fires and safeguard our perennial and garden beds, please dispose of butts in cans provided around the property . We do not accept pets.
