My home is inspected by the Public Health Department annually and is licensed by the State of WI . It is located on East Side of Madison with easy access to Interstate 39/90/94 and Hwy 51 and 151. (9) minutes (4.7 mi) from the Dane County Airport. EastTowne Mall is located (2.8 mi) or 8 minutes away. Wisconsin State Capitol and the University of Wisconsin are 17 minutes (5.1 mi) from my home. Major bus line one block away from my home. Near a grocery store, Post Office, and restaurants. Owner occupied residence. Bedroom has a Full sized bed and room is 11.5 Feet x 9 Feet in size. Desk and dresser and closet space. Living Room has a fireplace and TV with DVD. May use microwave oven and Keurig coffeemaker. Coffee/Tea provided with sugar and creamer. Protein bars and fruit. Public Health Inspected annually. Microwave and Keurig for guest use in the kitchen. Coffee, tea, sugar and creamer available. Parking: Available in the street in front of the house. Alternate street parking during winter months. Wifi access, exterior security camera, and Safety Card Info in the room. I am approachable for all questions and concerns.
