Luxurious architectural house in Clareville

This luxurious house boasts beautiful views of Pittwater and is in Clareville in a tranquil private compound. Five minutes walk away is a secluded beach. It has a spa and an egg shaped bath. Stunning views with a gas BBQ. All linen and bath towels provided. Fully equipped kitchen and laundry. Large TV, with a Foxtel box. Off-street parking for 3 cars. There is also a lift that can fit a wheelchair. Pets are welcome. There are plenty of dog beaches and parks. Website is alyahouse com au. You must be fully vaccinated to come here. Strictly no isolating/quarantining in the house. For a smooth and enjoyable stay, please note the following house rules: No Parties. We have wonderful neighbours so please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum in the evening. No Access to the Garage. Off-street parking is available in the driveway and fits three large vehicles. Please Clean Up Dishes. If you use any dishes during your stay, please clean them before you leave the cottage. Number of Guests. Please ensure the total number of guests matches that on your booking. If you have more guests than what you have booked for, you will not be covered under Airbnb Insurance. This isn't good for everyone! Check-out is 10 am. Our cleaner will arrive shortly after 10 am to clean the property. We can't stop her; she is a cleaning machine. Lights & Heating. Please turn off all lights and heating when you leave the cottage each day, and upon check-out. Have a great time and make yourself at home. If you have any questions please call me.
