The Old Barn - 6 people

A charming old barn, surrounded by the greenery of the park and the blue of the lake. Beautiful garden with direct access to the lake (beach). Have a large mezzanine with a king-size bed and a big capote + a small but nice bedroom with a queen-size bed + a living room with a queen-size bed, a table where can seat 6 people, fireplace + bathroom with shower. A fully furnished kitchen is available. Perfect for small families or romantic couples. Very private and exclusive property. Nice also offseason. We have a private beach that you will only share with the other guests of Brusisch 1638. With our help, you will discover the wonders of the area as if you live here, you will have all the support you may need and want, with the utmost respect for your privacy, to make your life easier and have fun as much as possible. By bike, it is a beautiful way to discover the Region. The bike is also a deep tradition of the people who live here. Finding something interesting will be easy because this is a rich Italian region with a long history and it will be easy for you to find everything you can ask for. The only limit will be your fantasy. In the surroundings have many attractions: restaurants, museums, shopping .... but we are proud to say that our guests love to stay at home relaxing looking at the lake and the garden. We have a golf club at 6 km (golf dei Laghi - green fee 40 euro) + at 10 km (golf Varese) + at 15 km (golf des Iles Borromèe) + at 17 km (golf Castelconturbia). Lago d'Orta is really nice - Villa Panza in Varese is an interesting contemporary art Museum - Sasso del Ferro (Laveno) is an interesting spot with a great view - Eremo di Santa Caterina del Sasso is a nice monastery - great food is everywhere. 20 minutes far from Malpensa airport. 10 km away from the highway A8-Lakes (Sesto Calende). 11 km away from Sesto Calende railways station. A car is really suggested to be independent and go around and you can rent one for not more than 30 euros/day. You can park your car inside the property. We do Vacation Rental for work. Our property is very large (about 20,000 square meters), we host 2 cottages + 2 apartments ensuring complete privacy for everyone. We also host large groups. The beach is private and shared among guests.
