Spacious Villa in Azeitão (with private pool)

A dream house built 100% for relaxing and enjoying time. With a comfortable decor, with noble materials, surrounded by grass, flowers, some trees and a private pool, this house was designed for a quiet and restful family stay. Take a dive in the swimming pool, relax in the pool beds, play some table tennis or prepare your barbecue, invite friends to lounge in the courtyard and join them in breathing Arrábida's fresh air. During warmer months enjoy the barbecue as you spend quality time together. During colder months enjoy the fireplace. :-) Inside the villa, ideal for 7 but taking up to 9 persons, there is a large living room with HDTV, DVD and a PS3 system, a dining room facing the pool and the grass, 4 bedrooms, 3 of which on the upper floor (1 suite with 1 double bed, 1 room with 1 double bed, 1 bedroom with 1 bunk bed for 3) and 1 on the main floor (1 room with 2 single day beds and a desk space), a totally equipped kitchen and 2,5 bathrooms in total. There's also external parking inside the villa for 3 cars. If you have small children we are pleased to let you know there is 1 baby travel cot available and the access to the swimming pool can be blocked with code padlock. I will welcome you at the property and make sure everything is well in place for you to have a wonderful stay. The property is totally yours during your stay. There is parking area inside the walls. Arrábida region, the quiet, the wine, the food, the beach and the nature. Around the villa, on a 5 minutes walking distance, you can find some small and very nice cafés. You can also find several supermarkets (Pingo Doce (2 Km), LIDL (4 km) and Continente (5 Km)), some big brand stores (Decathlon (7 Km), AKI (7 Km), McDonalds (7 Km), amongst others), as well as drugstores and all the basics in the village. Azeitão is very close to the main motorways, and you will have quick access to Lisbon and its airport (40 Km) and to the south of Portugal. Located in the heart of Wine region of Quinta da Bacalhoa and José Maria da Fonseca Vineyards in Azeitão, you can visit the Museum and taste the Wine. The villa is only 2,5 km away of the Arrábida Natural Park, a Reserved Natural Park located next to the sea, between Setúbal and the fishing town of Sesimbra, with incomparable natural beauty, where the blue of the sea alternates with the white tones of the chalk cliffs and the depths of the green vegetation that covers the mountain range. You can enjoy the beaches of Galapagos and Portinho da Arrábida (16 Km), Tróia (16 Km to Setúbal's ferry boat), Sesimbra (17 Km), Meco (24 Km) and Costa da Caparica (30 Km). If golf is what you are looking for, I'm happy to let you know that you're quite close to Quinta do Peru Golf Course (10 Km), Herdade da Aroeira (25 Km), Palmela Village Golf Resort (10 Km) and Montado Village Golf Resort (26 Km). Traveling to Portugal, the food is a must. You can start by one of the many Azeitão's typical restaurants, very good and pricy. If you like seafood and grilled fish, you can find excellent options in Sesimbra or Setúbal. If you prefer to eat at home, you cannot miss Setúbal local food market, with very fresh and varied products, including sea fish. You must also take the time to see and feel Lisbon, the city, the 7 hills, the castle, the night, the life… Lisbon is our stunning capital city , and one of the most charismatic and vibrant cities in Western Europe. It is a city that effortlessly blends traditional heritage, with striking modernism and liberal thinking. As a holiday destination, it offers a rich and varied history, lively nightlife and is blessed with our glorious year round climate. It was considered by CNN Europe's coolest city: (Website hidden by Airbnb) Other than this, if you just want to relax and chill, don't hesitate and tell us just that... we will make you feel that this is your own private villa. Everything around is mostly quiet. The small village nearby, you can get to know it better. If you want a little more action, a small drive will get you to Arrábida, Sesimbra, Setúbal and other places. I recommend that while staying at the villa you rent a car as it's the best way to get around. Local transportation is not frequent, if you need a taxi, I am happy to help booking one for you.
