Renovated to a high standard with original beams. 3 bedrooms - 1 with en-suite wet room. 2nd bathroom, 2 toilets. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, fridge, washing machine, oven, hob and kettle. Wood burner in the lounge with flat screen TV with built in DVD player. Private garden with BBQ and Hot Tub (July and August). Free wifi. Free parking. A small welcome basket is provided free of charge on your arrival. Own Drive way with free parking. The owner will greet you with the keys to the Gite. The owner is on site for assistance should you need it. The Gite is detached, giving you privacy. The Gite is set in the Normandy countryside with beautiful views. The village is peaceful and tranquil and you have your own private gardens with BBQ, with garden furniture and hot tub in July and August. Most local people are French with a few English residents. All the residents are very friendly and each summer the English and French residents come together for aperitifs and a BBQ. A perfect place to relax! Smoking outside only. Electric cigarettes are permitted in the Gite. No smoking or hot ashes near the hot tub. There are no facilities to charge electric cars. The nearest electric port is 4km away in Le Teilleul by the church. All pets are welcome, please ensure all pets have been treated for any parasites.
