Modern apartment with sea views located in the centre of Praia da Areia Branca, just steps from the beach. The apartment is located in a complex built a few years ago and separated from the beach by a street with parking lots. As our guests you have free access to the swimming pool which is located in the middle of the building. The property is ideal for single travelers, couples and families. It sleeps up to four people. From the quiet apartment with its bright living room and glass front you have a wonderful view over the town and the sea. In the bedroom you will find a large comfortable double bed, equipped with at the season adapted duvets. Children or friends can sleep on the sofa bed in the living room. From the living room you access the spacious balcony, from which you have a wonderful view of the beach and the sea. The living room is equipped with a TV with international programs. The fully equipped kitchen has a dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker. Furthermore it is equipped with a washing machine. The modern bathroom has a shower / bath. Wi-Fi is free. You can use a parking space in the underground garage. For this you will find a remote control in the apartment. Access to the entire apartment and to the swimming pool, the common room with pool table and table tennis table. A shower for washing surfboards, diving and surfing suits can be found next to the green areas on the ground floor of the complex. I can be contacted at any time and solve problems as soon as possible. Members of my family live in the neighborhood. Praia da Areia Branca has a beautiful wide and endless sandy beach with some rocks on the northern part. Beach walks are especially worthwhile at low tide. You can observe marine animals between the rocks. When the weather is appropriate you have a beautiful view up to Peniche and the islands of Berlengas. The area is a surfers paradise. Directly in front of the building complex you will find two surf schools offering courses for beginners and advanced surfers. If you wish we help to get in contact with them before your arrival. Other surf or kitesurfing schools and surfing beaches are located in Peniche (beaches: Supertubos or Baleal), in Ericeira and at other beaches near Praia da Areia Branca. The distance to Peniche is about 16 km, Ericeira about 45 km. For diving we recommend the nature reserve of the islands of Berlengas. Diving tours to this area rich on animals start from Peniche. They mostly take a whole day and lead to wrecks, caves etc. - a real exciting experience! In the immediate vicinity of the complex there are a lot of bars and restaurants for every budget. Try fish and seafood freshly caught from the Atlantic. Larger seafood and fish restaurants can also be found in Peniche and Ericeira. As our guest, we are happy to advice you on restaurants! Peniche is also worth a visit for non-surfers and non-divers. The fishing town on the peninsula surrounded by rocks offers fish restaurants and for sightseeing a fort, a lighthouse, rocks with cormorants and an inner city with narrow streets. If the weather is good, you can make a boat trip from Peniche to Berlengas main island and take a walk in the nature reserve there. Other touristic destinations in the area are Obidos - the city on the mountain with the narrow streets and white houses, Mafra with its huge impressive monastery complex and Lisbon, which can be reached by car via the highway in about 45 minutes. From Praia da Arena Branca you can reach the capital using public transport. Praia da Areia Branca is a very nice place to combine beach and city holidays! Of course there is a lot to see for children in the surroundings: In Lourinhã there is a dinosaur museum, which gives an overview of findings in the area around the town. Only a few kilometers away is the recently opened "Dinoparque" amusement park, which offers fun for the whole family. Of course, the surf schools also offer children's courses - great fun for the whole family! Near Mafra there is the nature and wildlife park "Tapada Nacional de Mafra", where you can get to know the local wildlife while walking through it and perform other activities for children. Bus stop 5 minutes away (buses to Lisbon, Peniche and Lourinha) Public parking in front of the building. Final cleaning is not included in the price.
