New Guesthouse: Private & Gated w/ Kitchen, W/D

You'll love my conveniently located ~400 sqft 1BR guesthouse that is entirely your own space w/ private & gated entry, AC/Heat, kitchenette, bathroom, in-unit Washer/Dryer, and small sideyard with outdoor seating! Easy street parking right outside gate w/ your direct access to unit. For every booking we: - Professionally disinfect entire unit. Steam clean all linens, towels - Run air purifier - Offer Wifi, Netflix, Roku TV We’re - Close to groceries, Good Sam, Los Gatos - Near Hwy (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) No sharing! And your own bathroom, kitchen, in-unit washer and dryer too! This is a cozy 400 SqFt 1BR tiny guesthouse that is designed by a certified architect and constructed from the ground-up with permits in October (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) We are not a pre-fab trailer on wheels that's installed the backyard. ****PRIVATE & SEPARATED GATED ENTRY W/ YOUR OWN SPACE: This is an *attached* unit but has it’s own private and gated entry. As this is a corner lot, the guesthouse was designed so that that unit faces a different street from the main house and therefore has its own separate and private entry. The yards are separated by fence as well. You will not walk by the main house and you won’t see anyone. You will have direct access to the unit. You also have your very own bathroom, in-unit washer and dryer, kitchenette, and AC/heat! No sharing! ****ATTACHED UNIT BUT HAS SOUNDPROOFING WALL: As noted, this is an attached unit to the main house but a double layered soundproofing wall with air gap in between the two units was designed in to the walls. We also did double drywall and double soundproofing insulation. Thus, the units are “attached” but no walls are directly touching due to the air gap. ****FRESH LINENS BETWEEN EVERY RESERVATION: We use duvet covers only and not comforters so that we can change to fresh duvet covers between *every* reservation on top of changing all sheets, pillow covers, and bed covers. I personally like the smell of fresh linens and clean sheets, so I want to make sure my guests have that as well. ****EASY PARKING: Easy parking right in front of the gate on the street. ****AIR CONDITIONING & HEAT: Brand new remote controlled AC and Heat available. ****CONVENIENT LOCATION: We are walkable to a very nice park with playground. Walkable to shops and restaurants. Quick drive to Hwy 17 and 85. ****QUIET NEIGHBORHOOD: This is a nice residential area and we are right near the center of the neighborhood. There is a park close by as well. **Please note on the following: - Landscapers and gardeners come every other Tuesday mornings. So you may see them around if you happen to be staying during the time they come. - Some small furniture pieces, decorations, bed sets may differ from the photos due to damages, replacements, or improvements in order to make your stay more comfortable. You will have the entire place to yourselves! I'm just a call or text away :) Cambrian Park is a quiet and convenient area and border Los Gatos, Campbell. Close to Cupertino, Saratoga, Santa Clara. Easy parking on the street. Easy Uber and conveniently located near by Hwy 17 and Hwy 85. We are using cleaning supplies/disinfectants that’s suggested by EPA. Our cleaners have been instructed to use those products and pay extra attention. We have also instructed our cleaners to pay extra attention to door handles, keypads, door knobs .... etc and make sure they wipe them down during every turnover. - Note that we already change to fresh linens (including duvet covers) between every guest. We also always provide hand soaps inside all the units we host for your hand washing convenience. - All of our toilets have Clorox automatic disinfecting toilet bowl cleaners. - Last but not the least, we've placed a wifi-enabled air purifier in all of our properties which will be turned on in between every guest and kept on until your check-in. We will turn off some point after you've checked-in but feel free to use during your stay. **Donations to local communities** We hope to pay it forward with this listing.
