Located on the first floor of a large villa in the heart of a protected natural area (Les Eveux), this fully renovated apartment will seduce you with its charm and comfort. In addition to being housed in a real green setting, you will be able to enjoy a raised wooden terrace as well as a terrace/garden area equipped with a barbecue. The parking is shared with the owner's villa, you have a private path leading to a separate entrance. Inside, you will find a fully equipped kitchen (fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, Krups Dolce Gusto coffee machine, oven and ceramic hob), a dining room, a living room with a sofa that can be converted into a double bed, a SmartTV with Proximus TV, WiFi, a beautiful bedroom with a view of the nature reserve equipped with a king-size bed (180cm), a wardrobe and a 4-drawer chest. The bathroom has a beautiful walk-in shower, a double washbasin and a toilet. We provide bed linen, towels, shower gel, tea, coffee and basic cooking facilities. Located two minutes from the centre (about 1km) you can leave your car in the car park and enjoy your walking holiday. Les Eveux is a place situated in the valley of the Ourthe at 1,5 km from the center of La Roche en Ardenne, at the edge of the river. The fauna and flora are part of a protected area. The historical center of La Roche-en-Ardenne is full of attractions. You can visit the ruins of the Feudal castle, the museum of the Battle of the Ardennes, the sandstone of La Roche. If you are more of a nature lover, you can only marvel at the nature that surrounds La Roche-en-Ardenne. Let yourself be lulled by the song of the Ourthe, by kayak or on foot. Children will love the game park or the visit of the city in a small train. In the evening, during the summer, you can sit on the quays of the Ourthe to enjoy the free sound and light show of the Phantom of Berthe, legend of the castle. If you are more experienced walkers, don't miss the 13km walk around the Nisramont dam, make the trip to the Chlorophylle Park and discover the magic of the Borzée hamlet. We recommend that you leave your car in the private parking lot of the villa and then discover the area on foot. The nearest supermarket is located in the center of La Roche-en-Ardenne, 2km away. Access to the accommodation is by means of a key box. Bed linen, bath linen, kitchen linen, shower gel/shampoo are provided. As this accommodation is rented by a professional management company, you will be asked to complete an online check-in and pay the resort tax after your reservation.
