Sunnyside Up Guesthouse

Our bright and airy 3 bedroom house is centrally located yet very secluded and quiet being set off the street. The house has been renovated to a high standard in November 2020. There are beautiful views from the spacious balcony which includes a BBQ and outdoor setting. There is plenty of space to chill and perfect for relaxing with family and friends. Only 4km to Gosford CBD and train and a 10 minute walk to the beautiful waterways of Brisbane Water National Park and bike/walking track. Sunnyside Up has been renovated to a high standard including a brand new high gloss kitchen with dishwasher and brand new appliances. It is situated on the entire top floor of the house. There is a small apartment below which is also a holiday rental. The property is very private, well hidden from the street and surrounded by national parks. There are 3 resident chickens which free range around the property and free eggs may be found in the coop. Sunnyside Up is a short walk to the water front where ducks roam in the children's park and where a walking/bike track takes you all the way to Woy Woy and beyond to picturesque Ettalong. If you feel like chilling at home there is free Netflix on the smart TV's in the lounge room and bedroom 2. The master bedroom has a huge 60 inch free to air TV. The house is centrally located and only 5 minutes from the M1 freeway from Sydney. It's only a couple of minutes drive to the local RSL, pub and all fast food joints! Coles and Aldi are also only a couple of minutes drive away. The entire top floor, including a large living room, 3 bedrooms, a bathroom, laundry, kitchen, dining area and large balcony. Point Clare is a scenic suburb located on the banks of Brisbane Water. At the end of the street ( one minute walk) Fairhaven charity offer a cafe with good coffee and cakes. They also do delicious hot breakfasts. On Sunday they have live music during the day and sell recycled household wares and clothes all week. Easy access to the Great Northern Walk! 1 minute walk to the bus stop to Gosford CBD or Woy Woy. Great walking and bike track 10 minutes walk from the property that follows the water to Woy Woy and Ettalong.
