Holiday home with a panoramic views! In Roisan, at the entrance of Valpelline and Gran San Bernardo Valleys and only at 5 minutes by car from Aosta. Ideal for families and for longer stays. Located at the first floor of a two family house, in a sunny and quiet position. Large panoramic balcony for exclusive use. Comfortable little apartment recently renovated. Composed of living room, kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, it is ideal for two people, but, thanks to a small sofa bed (width: 140 cm) in the living area, it can comfortably accommodate 1/2 additional people or 2 children. Balcony, terrace, tranquility, good air and breathtaking views! Near the house there are many paths for relaxing walks in the nature and MTB tours. The city of Aosta is a few kilometers away as the magnificent mountains of the Aosta Valley are, including those of Pila with its ski resort or those of the wildest Valpelline. Spaces for non-exclusive use: - large panoramic terrace with table, benches, umbrellas, deckchairs (sockets and water available) - skis and sports equipment storage room (electric boot dryers also available) - possibility (upon request) to use the laundry room with washing machine - possibility (upon request) to use a garage for motorbike and bicycle storage - public parking outside the house, where there is also the bus stop that takes you to Aosta in 10 minutes Although living upstairs, we may not always be present at the check-in, in this case we will guide you with a self check-in. If you stay just a few days it could also happen that we don't meet, however we will be at your disposal by phone for any need. In any case, we will put all the necessary care into preparing your holiday home hoping that you will feel really like at your home! The accommodation is part of a two family house, located in a quiet and very panoramic residential area: sipping a coffee on the balcony or relaxing on the terrace, you can admire the mountains around Aosta (Becca di Nona and Mont Emilius, Pila, Grivola and Grand Noumenon, Chaligne and Costa Tardiva). Located in a panoramic and central position, not far from Aosta: by car, 5 minutes to the Augustus Arch, 10' to the Pila cableway parking; by bus (stop in front of the house), 10' to the Augustus Arch , 15' to the railway station and from there by foot in 5' to the cable car for the Pila ski area. Starting by foot directly from home, you can reach, in about 5'-20', paths and farm roads that are also part of a network of mountain bike trails. On them you can make beautiful walks of any difficulty. Roisan is part of the Gran Combin Mountain Community, which brings together the territories of Valpelline and the Gran San Bernardo Valleys, beautiful to visit both by bike (racing or MTB) and on foot (with routes for every difficulty, from easy hiking for families to mountaineering ascents). In addition, the apartment is centrally and strategically located for excursions and visits to any part of the Aosta Valley. We will be happy to give you advice and help you plannning your trips, providing eventually also the experience of a certified Alpine Guide who will be happy to accompany you safely on your adventures! The house is equipped with all the basic necessary stuffs. We supply sheets, towels, the kitchen is well equipped, also with a base of raw materials. Your pet friends are our welcome guests, they can freely access the apartment and all the common areas. We have always taken care of details and cleaning and, given the health emergency COVID19, we will continue to do our best to clean between one guest and the next, also through the use of specific disinfectants, and following the cleaning guidelines to help prevent the spread of COVID-19.
